monday’s lifts

lower back extensions- 1x20 no weight, 1x15x25, 1x10x35

dumbbell tricep extensions- 1x15x17.5, 2x15x22.5, 1x10x25

shrugs w/ curl bar- 1x15x175, 2x15x195, 1x10x215

russian deadlifts- 1x15x70, 3x10x100

incline skullcrushers- 1x10x50, 2x10x60, 1x10x70

t-bar rows- 1x15x70, 2x10x90 (slow reps, holding for 1-2 secs), 1x20x100

hammer strength shrugs- 1x15x135 (each arm), 3x10x150 (each arm)

cable tricep extensions- 1x15x30, 2x10x35, 1x10x42.5

cable low rows- 1x15x100, 2x10x140, 1x7x160

tricep dips- 3x10, 2 sets were as slow as i could go

also did 10 minutes on the eliptical for warm up, 10 minutes on the stairmaster at a good pace after lifting, and 5 minutes walking on the treadmill to cool down. been trying to not take as long of rests in between sets and really worked up a good sweat.
